Phoenix Suns and Memphis Grizzlies have agreed on a trade.

Phoenix Suns trade:

F - James Johnson - $1,594,080

Memphis Grizzlies trade:

C - Hamed Haddadi - $1,627,779

Phoenix completes this trade to add a young backup Center to Bynum. Haddadi is raw, but is big and has upside. Johnson has huge potential, but is surplus due to the acquisition of Daye.

Phoenix accepts the trade

AND OUR FIRST TRADE IS A DOUSEY....

Well, not really, but its here nonetheless!

Confirmed.

Its essentially a swap of young players who have yet to show much on the big stage as of yet, but we feel Johnson has more of a potential to fit into our longterm plans than Haddadi. Happy to have him.

Sacramento and Chicago have come to a deal

evans, casspi, thompson, Collison for jrich, chandler, 2011 1st, 2013 1st, 2015 1st

We weren't happy with the team direction, and feel that three future firsts is good value. We also get out of Collison's contract

The nets and bucks have a deal to announce:
The nets trade:
Yi Jianlian $3,194,400
Chris Douglas-Roberts $736,420
Keyon Dooling $3,564,000
total 7,494,820

The bucks trade
Kurt Thomas $3,800,000
Ersan Ilyasova $2,100,000
Rudy Fernandez $1,165,320
2011 Bucks first unprotected
total 7,065,320 x 1.25 = 8.83165

The nets do this deal because it says us a lil bit more money and gives us a future pick.

denver and clips agree to a trade:

denver send: Chauncey Billups $12,100,000, Chris Andersen $3,650,000, Aaron Afflalo $1,086,240, removal of 2010 2nd rnd draft pick right to swap, return of 2015 LAC top 55 protected 2nd round pick

total = $16,836,240

for

Clippers send: Blake Griffin $4,983,480, Mike James $6,466,600, Sebastian Telfair $2,500,000, DeAndre Jordan $736,420

total = $14,686,782 x 1.25 + 100,000 = $18,458,477

time to make a win now move, billups gives me the leadership i need. griffin's value isn't going to improve by the time this is over, so can't go win now with him or hold on to him for better value.

Bucks accept. We clear our SG glut with a young SF, upgrade from Ilyasova to Yi, and get a decent PG in Dooling. The 1st isnt a big deal because we have plans to become much better by that time.

The Nuggets accept. Think it's quite obvious why we do this, we get an absolute stud in Blake. We also get a solid C prospect in DeAndre. We're very sad to see Chauncey and Birdman leave but the Melo/Griffin/Gallinari/Smith core I have in place bodes well for the future.

Pending the previous trade being approved (Nuggets - Clippers)....

Phoenix Suns and Denver Nuggets have reached agreement on a trade

Phoenix Trade:

C - Joel Przybilla - $6,857,725

Denver Trade:

PG - Mike James - $6,466,600

Phoenix does this trade to remove Przybilla's potential salary for 2011, in a cost cutting move. We like Przybilla, however with Bynum on the team, and the younger Haddadi, he's going to be facing limited minutes so it is best he goes to a team where he can compete for games next season.

Phoenix accepts

Denver accepts. We're building towards next season and feel that Przybilla's veteran presence would fit very well on our team. We take on 2010 salary but that's alright as we're aiming for 2011 cap space.

Portland Trade:

=$11,246,125 (*1.25+100k = $14,157,656)

Phoenix have been listening to trade offers for Nash for weeks now, and we feel this is the best one that fits with the future needs of the team. Nash has had an outstanding time in Phoenix, however one thing that stood out during this time is that the team has not got close enough to a championship, so it's time to move on. The franchise acquires a great young talent in Curry, a solid wing prospect in Daye, and a great backup big in Przybilla, and continues to rebuild towards the future. We would like to wish Steve Nash all the best on his departure, and hope he fulfills his ambition of a championship over the next three years (though not at the expense of Phoenix!)

Phoenix Accepts

Total: $24,566,866

Milwaukee trades: Luke Ridnour ($6,500,000), Nick Collison ($6,250,000), Raja Bell ($5,250,000), Hakim Warrick ($3,000,000), Jerryd Bayless ($2,143,080)

Total: $23,143,080, so deal obviously works

Milwaukee gets a young star SG to build around or deal for other assets. We take on some bad contracts, but we like Garcia and think he'll be a solid backup once he heals, and Noc can add some perimeter shooting.

3 veto requests on this, also you can only trade up to 2013 picks. so trade is illegal. plus no salaries listed.

The Cavs and Sixers have come to an agreement on a huge deal:

Cavs trade/Sixers receive:

Shaquille O'Neal $21,000,000
J.J. Hickson $1,429,200
Delonte West $4,254,250
Daniel Gibson $4,088,500
Coby Karl $736,420

Total: $31,508,370

Sixers trade/Cavs receive:

Elton Brand $14,858,472
Baron Davis $12,100,000
Samuel Dalembert $12,025,694
Allen Iverson $650,686 (minimum salary, doesn't count in incoming total)
Kevin Ollie $825,497 (minimum salary, doesn't count in incoming total)
PHI 2011 2nd round pick

Total: $38,984,166

31,508,370 X 1.25 + 100,000 = 39,485,462
39,485,462 > 38,984,166

Cavs accept. We take on a boatload of money, but we improve the team immensely, giving us great talent and depth.

Confirmed. Clearly a cost cutting move for us, with our last deal being vetoed we still had to move Brand's long term contract. We pick up a nice prospect in Hickson to add to our young core and position ourselves for the 2010 FA class. We like West and may ship him to a contender. Nice dealing CLE.

*mascot I'll update my roster after this deal is approved

The Pistons and Jazz have come to an agreement.

Det Trade: Richard Hamilton, Jonas Jerebko ($11,832,588)
Det Receive: Paul Millsap, Kyle Korver ($12,856,568)

Jazz Trade: Paul Millsap, Kyle Korver
Jazz Receive: Richard Hamilton, Jonas Jerebko

Salaries Match.

Detroit accept:
Detroit are happy to add an energy banger to tthe squad in Millsap which forms a 4 headed front court monster of Yao, Charlie V/Millsap and Big Ben for 2011. We lose Rips scoring but pickup a shooting G/F in Korver in the process, and he's also expiring. Jerebko is also a loss however this team is not based on developing youth.

EDIT: This trade does not meet requirements due to Millsaps BYC. Currently working on the deal

The Pistons and Jazz have come to an agreement.

Det Trade: Richard Hamilton, Jonas Jerebko ($11,832,588), Juwan Howard ($825,400)
Det Receive: Paul Millsap, Kyle Korver ($12,856,568), Kyrylo Fesenko ($870,000)

Jazz Trade: Paul Millsap, Kyle Korver, Kyrylo Fesenko
Jazz Receive: Richard Hamilton, Jonas Jerebko, Juwan Howard

The Jazz are hapy to get the immediate benefit of Rip and the long term benefit of Jonas. Rip will be a burden in 3 years, but it's not so big it can't be prepared for. We regret losing Kyrylo, but Juwan will be better this year and then he expires.
