Top 5 players you'd like to see in green?

Post#1 » by vct33 » Sun Jan 17, 2010 3:28 pm

Who are the top 5 players you'd like to see wearing Celtics green? It doesn't have to be realistic. I just wondered who you would like.

1. LeBron James
2. Kevin Durant
3. Brandon Roy
4. Dwayne Wade
5. Chris Bosh

Pretty good list, I think I'd go with the following players.

1. Lebron James
2. Dwight Howard
3. Dwayne Wade
4. Chris Bosh
5. Carmelo Anthony or Durant

Portland has to be kicking themselves for drafting Oden instead of Durant they'd have 2 of your top 3.

D Howard is a good choice. I just didn't choose C's or PG's because I like Rondo & Perk in the lineup for the next 8-10 years.

That's true, we are pretty good at those positions. I might be biased, but I think Rondo is a top 5 pt guard right now. While Perk has to be at least a top 8 center.

Durant is the number 1 for me...

dude is already so good at 21 and still has so much room to grow, his upside is still rediculous and hes scoring 30 a game and has the thunder in the playoff hunt

he would be the ideal guy between the rondo and perk defensive bookends in the starting unit

Yep. Amazing player. Absolute scoring machine and isn't near his peak. We might have had him instead of the big 3 if we would have gotten that #1 pick. Ainge loved Durant.

I'd rather be that innocent girl from Colorado than have to cheer for Kobe.
