That was uncalled for Fred.

As for Wallace, as much as I like him, I'd say no to trading for him. First, because CHA would want a lot in return. Second, because of his injury history. He's one head hit away from being a medical retirement. He may be 27 but his body is probably 35.

Turner can bring much of the same things as Wallace if we are lucky enough to get him. Then we add a scorer to play with Turner. I do agree that the trade route is the most realistic route for Minnesota to get a big name.

ESPN listed the Bobcats as the worst team in the future power rankings. Go ahead and mock the Timberwolves, but realize the Bobcats aren't the Lakers, so your trash talk is just as effective as Eddy Curry calling Mark Blount overpaid.

Given that the Bobcats are only 3-4 games ahead of the Bucks and Knicks, and the shaky injury history of your best player, mightn't you want to wait until the Bobcats actually make the playoffs for the first time in franchise history before coming onto another team's board and talking shiatsu? Honestly, I'd be afraid of jinxing it if I were you.

He's just upset because his owner openly wants to sell the team and he won't even get lottery nights unless he changes his alliegence to Seattle.

thanks for all the fun and the kind words. I will bookmark this thread and rub your nose in it at the end of April.
And since I'm a nice person, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you guys in the hope that you'll get that first pick, because you need a 4th point guard badly.

I don't think you quite get it. There are many here who wouldn't doubt that Charlotte will make the playoffs in the East (where a .474 team can be the 8th seed), it's just that most here believe they won't advance. Instead your going to come back in April and say how wrong we we're to doubt the Bobcats even though that wasn't the point at all. If they make the playoffs, than congratulations. The Bobcats would succeed in reaching their ceiling.

And don't be silly, if we really wanted to we could just draft a point guard with the Bobcats pick.

What exactly is your motivation for going out and trolling a message board?

LOL.

I'd trade Ricky and someone else for Wallace.

I find it funny that he has to choose a number as high as 8 because if he went down to 5, he'd be talking about his own team. Oh, but he'll come bump this when Charlotte makes the playoffs as a 37 - 45 eighth seed and then we'll be sorry.

Especially since Charlotte squeaking into the playoffs means we'll get the most out of their pick. That'll teach us.

Injury prone or not, Crash is one of the top 25 2 way players in the league. Actually, just take that "or not" out of there. I would not give up as much as Crash is worth when healthy (aka Rubio or Jefferson), but I'd give up Flynn and Gomes or something of that nature for him.

Wallace is such a good player it seems crazy to only be willing to offer Flynn and Gomes, but when you consider his injury history... he's going to be tough to trade for. Hopefully he stops bouncing his head of the floor and stays healthy for a while. He's a lot of fun to watch when he's on his game. It makes you wonder how good he could have been if he hadn't been injured so much.

I'd give up anyone not named Al Jefferson or Kevin Love. Crash is one of my favorite players in the NBA, probably top 3. I know he gets hurt alot, but that's because the dude gives 150% every night. There have been 3 players to average 2+ steals and 2+ blocks in a season. David Robinson, Hakeem Olajiwan, and Gerald Wallace.

And this Bobcats troll is hilarious. He's being overly sensitive towards one of his players, and taking it out on a team that's been just as lousy as his, only said teams owns his teams draft pick if they make the playoffs, which is why he views his 8 seed east team superior. LOL.
