Got the perfect trade

Post#1 » by Dexmor » Tue Jan 19, 2010 6:49 pm

Jason Maxiel
Chris Wilcox

For

Nazr
Law
Henderon

The Pistons are paying Maxiel 5 million to score 4 points and 4 rebounds. Ben and Rip have not worked out and I see one of them going so Henderson could be valuable to them and Law is expiring.
Nazr would be the best C they would have to.

That is freaking unreal...I just looked at a Detroit scenario where we were getting back Maxiell & Wilcox...but my offer back was Gana & Law.

They might not do that, but if you look at Maxiell's contract and his PER there's no way you'd give them Nazr...much less Hendo. I thought Gana's deal was bad; Maxiell actually has the same amount of years and is only owed about 5 million less.

FWIW I decided I didn't want to do my deal as C > midget PF. I'd absolutely not do yours.

Hahaaa...

Maxiell toxic contract? 5mil until 2012-13, for just gathering some rebounds? Hell yeah, we can find some Blair's, who bring energy and hustle in our Brown, no need to WASTE 5 million and Nazr is vital part of our team right now. Our ONLY scoring centre, it's more likely we could trade Diop or Chandler.

You are NOT Cats fan, if you are suggesting this trade.....

Maxiell's 227 games from 06-09 is a better representation of his basketball abilities than 38 games is. Because of that, I would do the deal that spectre proposed.
Humble yourself.

The beauty of the whole thing is Dumars getting Nazr back. Are you serious?

what about Kwame Brown and Wilcox for Diop and Ajinca. That way we keep Nazr and can use Kwame as the 3rd center and Wilcox at backup 4

Kwame is the worst player in the league. You don't want him trust me.

He sucks but that trade would get the Bobcats two expirings...which won't happen with Diop involved, and the "prize" being Ajinca.
