Yeah, and he totally should have none the guy (eventually, the VICTUM)would come running at them shooting. Totally, Tyreke knew exactly what was going on.
And horaceworthy - how was it a getaway car? He was sitting in front of his Aunts house, when the guy (Reason) comes poping his gun, and Tyreke drives away. I guess, people wouldn't have been mad if he'd sat still? He did testify against his cousin, he cooperated with the police, but I guess... he shoulda just sat there when someone shot at them?
people seem to have ignored the link i posted so ill post the key points. an anonymous witness is the witness:
===========================================================
"Reason allegedly told the witness “some guys they were having problems with” were inside of a house across the street and were looking out of the window at him, the affidavit states."
"The witness told police he was outside with Reason when he saw Tyreke Evans leave the house across the street and get into a gold or tan Ford Expedition with chrome rims and dark tinted windows, according to the affidavit. "
"Tyreke Evans pulled the Expedition in front of the house across the street, as Jamar Evans and Rasheen “Ra-Ra” Blackwell walked outside. The witness said he saw Blackwell tuck a chrome automatic handgun into his waistband as he got into the rear passenger seat behind Tyreke Evans, the affidavit states. Jamar Evans, Tyreke Evans’ cousin, got into the front passenger seat."
'According to the witness’ account, the front passenger window on the Expedition went down as Reason started down the front steps of the house, the affidavit states. The witness said he saw Reason fall to the ground, then yell, “I’m shot,” as the Expedition sped away toward Powell Road."

http://slumz.boxden.com/f16/basketball- ... e-1022425/so, this is how it went down. from this, it makes sense that he wasn't charged. the only thing that disagrees in here is whether or not the victim shot a bullet. im pretty sure he did because no one says that he didn't in the article, but im not 100% sure. If everything in this article is true, i understand why tyreke wasn't charged and that sucks because that'll follow him for a while.
yea there no get away car in this story that was kinda off the wall...

i don't feel he's guilty. i was suckered by the realgm article which was horribly written leaving out plenty of details. i think there's a chance that he knew what was going on, but there is nothing to prove or back it, only bad time bad place. like i said before tho, he doesn't get into trouble during his career again, no biggy. but if he does, justly or not, it'll be hell
