God celebrates another Birthday.

Look, I know it's only the 20th in the USA, but in Australia, it is the 21st, so Happy Birthday Hakeem Olajuwon!

Happy Birthday to my favorite athlete of all time, and a shining representative of the city of Houston and this Rockets organization.

I was unquestionably a huge Dream fan back in the day; but looking back now I wonder if I truly appreciated what a special gift it was to watch this man play for our home team. I don't think that the NBA will see his like again.

I met Hakeem in 2008 in Jordan thats a picture of me and him, one of the nicest guy you willl ever meet. He invited us to his house and even shot some baskets with him!! A true class act.

All I got is a signed jersey, (a rarity in Australia!) 100 or so cards, some Throwbacks, a penant with his name on it, his video, and a son named Akeem. I think I might get a Tattoo of Dreams Jersey as well soon, that or another Rockets Logo Tattoo.

I should have been born in Houston, I'd put some of the Red Rowdies to shame with my passion for the Rockets.

I have one regret in life, and that is that I never saw Dream play live. He is without a doubt My favourite athlete of all time.
