I say this in just about every thread but it would really depend on who the Nets landed in the draft, it's part of what makes this season so frustrating.
The Nets best move right now is to make no move because some of the question marks they're facing can't be solved until the draft order is determined.

Re: Trade Harris?
Thorn has a plan consisting of who you want to keep or think is worth keeping..Then you have untouchables...the more I think about the shorter this list gets, despite some of the experts opinions...Anyone is available for the right price...
Then, you obviously have a list of all the teams that are interested in your personel or who you know can help your team...you take it in steps...Obviously the last big trade chance before the draft is the deadline...If you really want to make a move, you push it there...if not you wait for the lottery...
Once you find out your seed, then you can decide we can get this player or we need to move up, ect...but yes, because of us landing a top 5 pick are very high, you do have to play the wait and see game...
Thorn knows now is the time to develop relationships with teams who can help you...the most difficult part is holding off on a potential move, because you think the draft can offer a better situation...I think Thorn is good at that...drafting is another question...I'm not going to put a % on it, but there has been draft picks I've been surprised with...Hopefully this year there wont be any questions...

Unless Bynum is involved, the Lakers have ZERO chance at Harris. Even in a down year, Harris is clearly worth more than junk expirings. There are countless teams that can easily top a Morrison/Farmar offer.

exactly. lmfao at the low ball offer. We don't need to clear cap space. We need to get a stud! See my post about Amare in the All Trades thread.
