Devils prospect Cormiers elbow incident

hate to focus on bad incidents but this one was really bad

The video is scary. apparently Cormier is a fan of flying elbows and honestly he should get an entire season suspension from the QMJHL and i would never want him on my team. i mean jesus he was out to injure with that one

Criminal charges and more then a 1 year sentence. Here is something on Tam, the kid that got injuried:

He's feeling well given the circumstances. He has a traumatic brain injury, he almost died tonight. Several scans were made to make sure he didn't have anything major to his brain. Good news is that he's got no oedema (accumulation of water in his brain). The shock was so big that the diagnostic places him between a severe concussion and a brain death. He'll stay under observation at the Rouyn Noranda hospital for 48 hours. He has no fractures but his mouth is not looking good and he lost some teeths. He has to pass some other tests tomorrow, for his pelvis and his back.

Mikael is conscious. He spoke with his family. He's in good hands at the hospital. Continue to pray for him, he needs it.

Give him a lifetime ban from hockey, and throw him in jail. That was absolutely disgusting.

when i said lifetime ban from the minor league he was in, that was my minimum. I didnt read how bad the kid was hurt.

I also support the lifetime hockey ban and some jail time for felonious assault or some equivalent. The Devils should cut ties with him immediately.

Just got that bad feeling when I opened this thread and that video is bad to put it mildy. New Jersey should get rid of this loser and so should the NHL people like this need to be bared for any sort of hockey to this day I am amzaed how Bertuzzi and Healey are still playing. They should both be in jail somewhere.

That was a dirty ****ing hit Cormier was out head hunting and there's no way in **** he could play it off as something else. He intented to do that and he should be kicked out of hockey for good and that includes rec leagues too.

The worst thing is, he actually hit one of Vancouver's prospects from Sweden with a nice elbow too this summer IIRC. The kid is a head hunting POS. The thing that disgusts me the most is Nick Kypreos and all those tools on SportsCentre are actually throwing Patrick Roy's name in the dirt because he called the cops on Cormier.

Heatley shouldn't be in jail. I don't like him, but he shouldn't. Dan Synder's family didn't press any charges and didn't want him to go to jail. That was a big reason why he didn't go to jail. And this just isn't because he is an athlete either. A girl I went to high school with had her brother killed the same way and her family declined to press charges because the driver and her brother were best friends so he served no jail time,

It's ironic about Roy because he told his kid to go beat the crap out of that goalie when he got charged for assault. Patrick Roy is scum and shouldn't be calling the cop's on anyone.
