I was right, all of you were wrong!

I want you all to recognize the fact that I was right all along!

Remember how you guys were always saying that there was no way in hell that David Stern could stuff the All-Star voting ballot box enough times to off-set our loyal friends from China and that McGrady was a lock to start the All-Star Game?

Remember that?

And remember how I was saying all along that David Stern COULD stuff the ballot box and deny McGrady his rightful place in the spotlight, even against the odds of China & Houston United.

Looks like I was right!!!

(um...that did happen, right? Man, I've got to stop playing the McGrady Trade Drinking Game...these gaps in my memory are becoming a concern...)

It's good that he's not starting. Why should he start?

I think its more offensive that Iverson is starting, T-Mac did the classy thing from the beginning and said he would step aside for a more deserving player. Iverson has done nothing but complain like a spoilt little girl until someone gave him what he wanted.

allstar game is just like the wwe. Just for entertainment. The teams barely try to win until the last quarter, they just put on a show for the crowd. Thats why I could care less who is in the all star game. AI can do some HL's hopefully

Thing about it is.. All Star game is just the popularity contest... And that is what makes it better, IMO.

All Stern had to do was discount the Chinese vote by whatever percentage he needed. Did the same last yr,and the yr before.(Yao went from 2.1 mil votes to 1.3mil votes by way of comparison in two previous All-Star games.) It's something the League admitted last yr-that they decided an overseas vote was worth a a fraction of what a domestic vote was.
