I wouldn't call Sessions a shoot first PG.
And i don't think they would rather have Miller/injured center/Fernandez over Sessions/Jefferson this year. Next year Miller will be a year older and Sessions will be a year better, they aren't losing anything at the PG spot going forward either. What it really comes down to is would they rather have Oden/Fernandez this year and next year or Al Jefferson? Both Oden and Fernandez are due big raises after that.

Seems pretty even to me overall. Talent going both ways, better fit for both teams. Then it's just a massive risk/reward game for the Wolves and Oden.

Player 1 EFF= +10.70

31.1__0.426__0.293__0.657__3.9___2.1__1.5__0.5___2.2__2.7___12.7

Player 2 EFF=+8.12

22.3__0.399__0.365__0.821__2.5___2.0___1.3__0.1__1.7___1.4___8.0

This has no account for defensive pressure (unless the play results in a steal/block). Who's who?

There's no possible way I'd trade Big Al and Flynn for Oden and Fernandez. Oden will never live up to his hype coming out of college(I feel bad for him), and Fernandez appears to be overrated by a lot of people. Fernandez is 24 years old and Flynn is 20 years old. Flynn is already a better player than Fernandez.

If Oden was performing to his potential and not getting seriously injured each year, I'd do this trade. Otherwise it's just not worth the risk.

We'll probably have 3 1st round picks in the next draft, if we're going to trade any of our young guys we need to be trading for guys without injury concerns.

First round pick, first round pick .... bla, bla, bla, ...

I'm so tired of hear the same song again and again ... we have 3 first round, we have 3 first round ... la, la, la ...

¡¡ The team is full of first round players and it is a full disaster !!

First round phuck, first round phuck, la, la la ... :clown: :clown: :clown:

Three first round picks don't guarantee NOTHING ¡Sasha is a fuçked first round too! WTF you do with three Sashas? :nonono:

Now you can continue talking about the trades you want.

I've never understood the reason for misspelling curse words on a message board, but then again I can hardly understand anything Lobo has to say.

Lobo I'll make this as clear as possible, the most successful teams build through the draft. You're correct that having a 1st round draft pick does not guarantee a successful player. Having 3 1st round draft picks certainly increase your chances. Thus far, I'd say Kahn has shown that he has a good eye for talent.

As far as guys I'd like to trade for? I'd like to see us get a guy like Andrew Bogut if we could get him with a reasonable trade offer.

I'm okay with one or two of those 1st rounders sucking as much as Sasha does if one of those 1st rounders turns out to be as good as Rubio.

Fine lob. Here's a new song for you then.

We have 3 second round, we have 3 second round ... la, la, la

:guitar:

Here's a Portland article with some comments from Kevin Pritchard. Nothing ground-breaking, but it lists some of the guys they might target. Big Al isn't listed.

Wolves has eight (8) first round player and it's a disaster. Why we must be happy because minnie has 3 first round? Because Kahn is very clever? ... please ...

Forget it, you must wait 20 years for another Rubio.

90% of players in the NBA were probably drafted in the first round.

I don't know what TF has Rubio in his oven and I still don't know how TF my oven works, but I think some people still don't know his good luck when Kahn picked Rubio.

I remember Kahn saying : I will not be the person who trade Rubio without know WTF I am trading. I hope he already changed his point of view.

thats a good point. And if I might expand on that a little, he clasps the crag with crooked hands; close to the sun in lonely lands, ringed with the azure world, he stands. The wrinkled sea beneath him crawls; he watches from his mountain walls, and like a thunderbolt he falls.

Now this is the law of the jungle, as old and as true as the sky,
And the wolf that shall keep it may prosper, but the wolf that shall break it must die.

As the creeper that girdles the tree trunk, the law runneth forward and back;
For the strength of the pack is the wolf,
the strength of the wolf is the pack
but the strength of the pack isn't the Draft.

The problem of Sergio Rodriguez is he don't play since 3 years, 4 with 2009-10 seasson. He made the mistake of go to the NBA too young, because if you not choose the right team that can guarantee you minutes, the NBA can fuçk your career. And McMillan is a fixed-gear cretin.

I think Rubio doesn't want make the same mistake and he will not crash with the same tree again. He only will come to the NBA if he can do it in the right team. Kahn should know it and he should work for build a good team, otherwise Rubio will be traded or he will stay in Spain.

I think we will know the future of TWolves and Rubio this summer, not before. After the draft and the FA's period, we will know if Kahn can present us concrete achievements, or he continues talking about abstract concepts like "we have a lot of space caps" or "We have a lot of good picks for the next year"
