The teams we think we should be battling down to the bitter end for a playoff spot and there records against teams above .500:

Miami: 9-17
Toronto: 9-18
Chicago: 7-13
Mil: 5-17
NY: 8-15
ATL: 13-10
Orlando: 10-10

BOBCATS: 10-10

This seem like a tremendous gauge of how good a team is compared to other quality teams. I thought it was interesting at least, if no one else does.

I thought so...especially with the unbalanced schedule. I don't think any team can realistically be a playoff threat whilst winning roughly 30% of games against winning teams--miami, toronto etc..I am feeling good about the future of this team now.

It is a little worrying that some teams have played many more above .500 teams than us, though. Even if we maintain a .500 record against teams above .500, but play as many games against them as some of the other teams, we would be lower in the standings right now.
