Are you sure? By your logic, Dilfer should be, right? After all, Dilfer won a Super Bowl....

No, by my logic I like Marino cause he still had a super competitive team for MANY seasons and took them to the playoffs lots of times. Stafford brought us 2 games. Sanchez may or may not win the SB, but at least he gave them a shot by securing the playoff bid first and then had a shot that did or did not pan out. I'd rather make the playoffs 20 years in a row for sure, then to have 1 SB win for sure. Because I would assume that if you told me for 20 years I will make the playoffs, odds are I will convert more than 1 of those, so if i get unlucky and blow the games or what not, that sucks, but having all those good seasons is what I'm signing up for and then hoping for the best in the playoffs. There's such a small sample size of playoff runs that anybody could have good or bad misfortune. I at least want some shots at playing the game when it counts for a change, and Marino gave that excitement to his team a lot for being one of the strongest parts of the team that was most responsible for getting into that stage. Whereas Dilfer wasn't responsible for getting playoff runs as much as other players on his teams were. This isn't the same with our debate, cause we only had ONE year so far, and bottom line is Sanchez gave his team a shot to go to the dance, and that's all I can ask for year one.

Well normally I would charge $100 an hour for an interview peering into my football perspective, what kind of arrangement did you have in mind?

I don't have room on my lists and I don't go on there very often. I just go on there as needed if/when a reason comes up that calls for me to sign on.

I don't get it. You always say 'If you just give me a chance to hear me out, you might get my logic" and stuff like that, but I'm giving you a chance to talk to me man-to-man and you are saying no. I just really don't get it. I'm trying to give you a chance so we can be civil on this board.

Well I'm not asking anybody to give me a chance. I was merely stating that if you had given me a chance in the past that maybe you wouldn't find that my ideas are that crazy. You just haven't seemed to be very open minded in the past and have had quite a long history of insulting conversation and illogical and invalid rebuttals. I'm not too into being on a mission to save everybody that doesn't adopt my philosophies. I'm just living my life with what I believe in and people can choose to come along for the ride or pick and choose what they want to agree with if anything at all, and I'm content with where I'm at and secure with where I'm at with respect to my sports' philosophies. I don't know what else there is to say regarding that.

I mean, yeah it's obvious you have a lot of knowledge in sports. I never said you didn't. My problem with you has just ALWAYS been your ideas with what to do with the franchise.

Kell on the other hand, I really really REALLY think that's she or he is ignorant when it comes to sports knowledge. I mean, she / he wanted to use Jonas Jerebko as our starting Center for the longest time. She / he thinks that we would be a better team if we had Mark Sanchez as our QB. She / he don't realize that it's not our QB that's the problem. It's EVERYTHING else that's the problem. It's our offensive line. It's our wide receiver core. It's our defense. I'd HONESTLY say that our head coach and QB and SS and CJ are the only parts of this team I am content with at the moment.

As long as you're not jacking off to Mark Sanchez, then I think I can tolerate you. I'll just stop trying to analyze you so much.

I'm sorry, but there is no way we're trading both CJ and Stafford.....

I can understand the idea of possibly looking at CJ, but a team would have to blow us away with an offer. And Stafford is just about untouchable IMO.

Stafford is untouchable? Ummm ok. And I agree that we aren't trading both, in fact, I highly doubt they would trade either.

There seems to be only one kid here. Should we start a poll to find out who it is?

Kids tend to lurk more than they post. You really don't think any kids may come in and out of this room? How many have to show up before they are relevant?

Ok so now that Sanchez is out of the playoffs can we stop talking about him and talk about players that are actually on our team?
