CLE-POR-WASH

Cavs trade Big Z, Hickson, cash for Jamison and Blake:
They could retain Big Z if Washington buys him out. Upgrade at PF, and get a stopgag backup PG in Blake 'till Mo returns.

Blazers trade Blake, Outlaw and cash for Haywood and Crittenton:
Get their half-season rental center while solving the backcourt logjam.

Wizards trade Jamison, Haywood and Crittenton for Hickson, Outlaw, Big Z and cash from both teams:
They save 2.5M in salaries differential, and get 6M in total as cash compensation for buying out James before this trade, and Big Z after. Get two young forwards.

I don't think that Was wants to part with Haywood that easily.

Cavs would do it, IMO.

Well, there's some reason for Portland to be in this deal with Mo Williams out, but I don't think Haywood is available for expirings.

The Wizards have no reason to trade Haywood in a package like this.

Perhaps Washington could throw in Blatche and Butler for sweetener as well?
