That was the difference between being a fan of a guy and turning your back on an organization, to hoping that same player bombed and was lost to an injury.

Going to the Jets is one thing. Going to the Vikings is entirely another. When you see how it all played out and how obvious it was that the Vikings were his end-game from the start and how he never wanted back to GB (something I was calling as early as a week into his first unretirement) it should make you despise the **** all the more.

Not to mention that last year when he was with the Jets, the more success they had the better draft pick the Pack would get. So as a fan of the Packers, heck yea I wanted Favre to win last year. This year he can eat sh_t!

Some people mentioned having posters and jerseys they don't display. For one of my wedding gifts in 08 one of my coworkers dad's who works for the journal sentinal gave his daughter a blown up front page picture of "Favre Retires" and she had that profesionally framed and gave that to me. It WAS really nice gift until it became useless.

Haha yeah.

I hate 99.9% of rap now days but this song actually got me pretty hype, maybe cause it's about the Saints, tight song though.I'm gonna have to DL this and bump it this weekend and all next week if the Saints win.

And if the Saints win I will be buying a Saints T-shirt Monday to wear next week.Maybe even a Sharper jersey (if I can find one) depending how hype I still am Monday if the Saints win.

it didn't help that Deanna Favre, Favre's wife, told Sports Illustrated in a cover story this week that the couple feel right at home in the Twin Cities.

"We were like fish out of water in New Jersey," Deanna told the magazine. "Here we picked up where left off in Green Bay. There's a small-town feel. We just seemed to fit in. I feel like God brought us here."

It would've been if Favre was the Pack's QB.
Vice President of Parker-Nation.

Prince recorded a fight song for the Vikings...

...probably the worst fight song I have ever heard.

A "fight song" from a 4'10" wimp is just what they need.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

It's tough hating Jared Allen. He's a funny dude.

I'm going to lock this one up now that it's game day and we'll have a new game thread.
