Disappointing quarter for the Clippers.
With the guys we have on the floor, we really should be getting these rebounds.
I hope the guys can pick it up in the 4th, play with more grit and energy, and stretch this little lead out to a better one, not to mention secure the W.

I hate to see a player get poked in the eye --- I'm glad Camby seems okay.

I think the team has now won the last 3 games they've played in blue jerseys. ;)

Nice 3 by Ricky, and timely for sure.
Glad of the win. Hope it was fun for numba2 to be there.
Camby was really the foundation stone --- 19 rebounds, 5 blocks, 12 points. It wouldn't have happened without him.

Good win today and let's hope we give Boston a scare tomorrow! They'll be hungry for a win after we broke their hearts at home. Eric Gordon we need you :(

I was glad to hear on the postgame interview that we won. I'm not happy that our FG% plummeted like that, but we did manage to shoot better than Washington. We beat a team on the road that we had a good opportunity to beat. Props to the Clips for accomplishing that. Glad that Numba2 got to enjoy a Clipper road victory in the blue unis. Road Blues are no more?

I was happy that we won, but there were a few things that I wasn't happy about. We built up the lead a few times and let Washington right back in. I also saw us giving up way too many offensive rebounds. To my surprise I saw a number of Clipper fans at the game this afternoon. Last year I may have been the only one in the building. I was hoping that EJ would play but since we won it's good that he got to rest for a game. I have enjoyed my trip to DC and seeing the Clippers win on the road makes it all the more enjoyable. I'm in charge of the Boston thread and I will try to get it up soon.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

I forgot to mention that we have more wins than last year with this win :)

:D

Not to disrespect the Wizards or their anything like that, but we shouldn't have let them get back into the game late in the third like we did. We had a 15 point lead that we let slip away to poor defense in the paint and poor shot selection.

We are on the road that has been unkind to us, so I'll gladly take a win without Gordon. A 14 point win on the road is usually nothing to sneeze at, it was just that this team allowed the other team to make a nice sized run before the sense of urgency kicked in.

Boston is a different story, and we can't play the same way against them and get away with it. Hopefully Hobbs will be back in action to make our chances a little better.
