This is an important weekend!

Post#1 » by exculpatory » Mon Jan 25, 2010 4:11 am

Orlando and the Hawks on Thurs and Fri AWAY, and Fakers (fresh off a surprising loss to Raptors today - a team we blasted short-handed twice recently).

Doomsayers will say that we lose all 3. Without drinking any "heinsohn ade" (I do not drink booze hardly at all or do any drugs), IMO, we will win 2 of 3 - IF we can get back into rhythm, show more consistent intensity on D, cut TOs in half and get more O rebounds.

I will be cautiously optimistic and NEVER EVER lose faith.

Best wishes

Rob (Ex)

P.S. As Jam (aka e.e. Cummings of Celtics RealGM) and and several others have said, DA needs to make 2 moves - Gomes to back-up Paul and an experienced point to back a 2009-2010 All Star = RR.
AI, please show some dignity and use your knee issues to gracefully back out of the All Star game, plz.

P.P.S. I love you Ray, but plz accept a supportive role with less minutes, to hit some spot up dagger 3s and space the floor.

i really really dont wanna lose to the atl a 4th time, but i just want us to beat the fakers and 1 of 2 vs either orl or atl will be nice, preferably win all 3 (oh and vs the clips too). if we win 1 of 2 vs or/atl and win vs la - yes even though it's only the end of january and regular season and if we can tie with'em in the loss column, i think i can get by this wk lol

Accomplishments are
1. Play 48 min each one of these games.
2. Beat atlanta by 30 points.
NFL fans are now feeling what NBA fans been living for a while...

If they win 2 of 3 I will be happy. However they way they have beem playing the past 3 weeks I would not be suprised if they lost all 3 games.
Reggie stood out like a sore thumb no tattoos no agenda no chirping nothing Just a guy who could score at will He played college ball at Northeastern he replaced Larry as Celtics captain he belonged to Boston.
And I still miss him. Even now.

We need to beat LA as they're struggling a bit right now. I'd like for this team to take advantage of their struggles while righting their own ship.

I'd also like to see Atlanta get handled on their home court too. Maybe Stern will send his cronies to do a huge makeup call for that debacle that happened on the 11th. And just for the hell of it, maybe they can have Doc shoot from halfcourt at halftime for a $25,000 prize, since the league practically stole $25k from him that last game too.
