Walsh is searching Minnesota Timberwolves on Google News as we speak. He presses refresh every 10 seconds. He's got a good rhythm going.

The three logical situations for LJ and Wade are or they will sign for a big market, or they will re-sign with his current team or one player will sign for Orlando (Howard), and the other player will join to Chris Bosh anywhere.

LJ and Wade know they can't win a ring if they are the only one top player in the team. If we take a look to the last 4 NBA's champions, Los Angeles had Kobe and Gasol, Boston Pierce, Allen and KG, San Antonio Ginobili, Parker and Duncan, and Miami had Wade and Shaq.

Possible scenario for LJ or Wade in Minnesota : Wolves get a beast in the 2010 draft and or Kahn brings Rubio over for 2010-11 season or Kahn uses Rubio's rights next June for get another top player.

i don't see why Jefferson isn't attractive to play with. The guy demands doubles and even tripple teams every time he touches the ball. I think I could be at least a 15pt a game scorer with the attention he gets. Imagine the damage Wade/Lebron could do with Flynn, Ellington, Love, and Jefferson on the court with them

Problem is he needs 8 seconds minimum to score, not compatible w/ most big time scorer's ball control game

LeBron James also known as King James the NBA's Most Valueable Player signed a 6-year contract with Regal Barcelona today.
LeBron: "I felt like I couldn't pass on the chance to play on a team with Ricky Rubio. On top of that I'm earning more money than I could make in the nba due to the silly salary restrictions. "

Now that the nba's figurehead has decided to play in Europe other players think hard about signing in Europe, too.

Dwayne Wade: "Going to Europe? It's definitely a possibility right now. I've won my ring here and really my team doesn't manage to put together a team that can be competitive. Makes me thinking really hard about going to Europe."

Amare: "I wanna go to a bigger market and get out of this dessert. I don't care if it's NY, LA, Barcelona, Athens or Madrid I just want the **** out of here!!!"

Why not? All is posible if the NBA does the right thing : they drop the six worst teams of the East and they create a European Division.

Barcelona, Milano, Athens, Belgrade, St Petersburg and Madrid

¿London, Paris, Berlin ... ? ¿Are we talking about NBA's franchise or another Disneyland?

Oh Lobo, Barcelona is less than half the size of Chicago. If you include the greater metro area, it has 4.9 million people. The State of Illinois, where Chicago is, has about 1/3 the population of all of Spain. If you took away state lines and just counted the "real" metro area, it would wrap all the way up to Milwaukee and probably be 20 million people.

Minneapolis/St Paul has 3.5 million people in our Metro area, with regional media coverage in North and South Dakota, Northern Iowa, and Western Wisconsin.

NY, LA, Dallas, Houston, Philly....these are large market cities.

Madrid would be called a "large market team". They are between Chicago and Dallas in size. But Barcelona would be called a "medium market". Closer to Minnesota than a Large Market team.

We are talking about cities that nba players would play in. I can't imagine that many nba players want to live in Belgrade or St. Petersburg.

They'd be stupid not to want to live in St Petersburg or Belgrade. Everyday there is like being in Bourne Identity, there's spy stuff going on left and right

I'm talking about basketball tradition. German basketball don't exists out Nowizky and Schremp, France only has players from the old colonies and the basket in great Britain simply don't exist. The cradles of the european basket are :

Italy, specially in the north. One franchise for the spaghettis. It's in the way to Spain.

Old Yugoslavia : Croatia, Bosnia, Slovenia (not Transilvania) and Serbia. One franchise, but I supose we have to build a pavillion on no man's land.

Spain. Two franchises because the business can't forget the enormous hate between Madrid and Barcelona.

Greece. They are a gang of hooligans who play in the Peace and Friendship Pavillion, named in Spain the Two Lies Pavillion. One franchise

Rusia was the best european country by decades. Moscow has more tradition but it's like put a NBA franchise in Hawaii. St Petersbourg is near of Lituania, another basketball craddle. It's a little bit far, but every players will want play there when they see the russian girls. One franchise.
