these games will determine our near future

Post#1 » by schnakenpopanz » Tue Jan 26, 2010 8:04 pm

i hardly believe the outcome of this stretch will decide how our fo reacts to trade offers.

vs charlotte (W)
vs dallas (L)
@houston (W)
@new orleans (b2b) (L)
@denver (L)
@sacramento (W)
vs portland (W)

any predictions?
our record before the all star break will likely be: 30-23
what do you think?

The only game we are favoured to win is at Sacramento and we are terrible on the road.

I think our future has already been decided, and I think it's one without Amare Stoudemire.

But for $hits and giggles, I predict:

Charlotte (L)
Dallas (L)
Houston (L)
New Orleans (L)
Denver (L)
Sacramento (W)
Portland (L)

I have zero faith in this team right about now.

I would assume going 12-17 already determined it?

Uh takes a little time to find the right offer.

I'm sure Kerr is shopping around, per all the reports that have been floating about the interwebz.

Winning the next 4 games would be nice because it'll give the Suns some trade leverage. Losing the next 4 gives the opposing team massive trade leverage since the Suns will be desperate.

The team as comprised is not working but i also think that trading Amare is making him the scapegoat for the poor play of the other players. Nash has only been effective for half a game and by the fourth quarter he is turning the ball over alot. I think if the Suns trade Amare they will have to trade Nash as well seeing as he will mostly like ask for a trade . There for I wouldn't Amare to the New Jersey unless they trade us their first round pick not Dallas's pick which they own but the Nets own pick . Why you ask look at their record they have the worst record in the NBA and its record bad in the eastern Conference where only four teams are above 500 and you would think the Nets could have at least won more games there players are not even close to being that great and the Nets have a penchant for ripping off teams in their trades . I hope that Kerr and Sarver do not even deal with the Nets because those two lack the brains to keep from getting raped in the butt. I would stay far away from the Nets they always seem to give up very little and the other ends up with crap. So unless they are willing to give up their first round to get an allstar player and try to give us Dallas's first round pick and bunch of their scrub young players the answer should be no deal . Its either your first round pick and your scrub players to match Amare 's contract or no deal !

Suns have to give 120% in back-to-back against Rockets and Hornets, they' re our rivals to 7-8 th seed, and since we lost to Utah yesterday, we have to beat somebody out of these teams.

With our current shape and stuggles on the road, march record of 2-10 or 3-9 seems possible.

Speaking of the immediate future, if anyone plans on going to the Dallas game they are wanding people at the front gates. So, if you are like me last night and plan on bringing a flask to make the loss more enjoyable, make sure it's plastic ;)
