Cannot make a signature

I don't know how many times I've tried making a signature, and it never shows up. Frustrating.

Could you please post the url of the signature, then inform me of how you input it into your profile, then inform me if there are any error messages after you click submit?

Nevermind, I've located the issue. You need to go to your user control panel, click on board preferences, click on edit posting defaults, then click on "yes" next to attach my signature by default.

I'm 95% sure that's your problem, because your sig shows up on your profile, but not your posts. Hope that helped.

ok I REALLY dont understand why putting a image on my signature work.

i have 2 sigs ready for use.
both are 90 H by 450 W and when i post it it shows a link

I tried putting a sig and it gives me this message:

"It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image."

The image I want to use is under the 400x90 requirement.

Just keep trying. It'll work. And if you're going to use that sig, remove those quotes.

I know I have to get rid of the quotes. I've tried but the Sig just doesn't attach.. Oh well, I'll try it another day..

I cannot either. I did click 'yes' to attach signature by default. And i did edit my sig numerous times like other posters have told me. it still doesnt show.

You currently have a signature. You cannot see it because you have clicked on "disable viewing signatures in your user cp.

Please go to ucp.php

Click on board preferences

Click on edit display options

select "display signatures"
