If our offence is flowing with Jose, then JT should leave him in at the 5 minute mark.
It's not about who's better between Jose and Jack. If your offence is in a flow with 1 of the 2 running the point, you shouldn't switch them in the last few minutes of the game, and have a player come in cold.
Similarly, if Jack was most of the 4th quarter, and the offence was running well, it would be stupid to switch in Jose with 3-4 minutes left and wreck the flow of what's working.
