Looks like we over looked the Nets big time, we were not ready to play and the Nets were. We did play without Camby for most of the game but they didn't have Harris or Lee. There is no excuse for losing this game. This reminds me when we lost to the Blazers when they barely has anyone to play and Aldridge barely played. We better make up some win on the road trip.

And we are one of those teams that will be mentioned that the Nets beat, I'll remember this for awhile.

Embarassing loss.

Season officially over.
Everyone underrated Kobe's ego and just thought he would be Paul Pierce when Garnett and Allen joined, instead he went Black Mamba and turned Dwight into Kwame and Nash into Smush.

They don't deserve to get paid for tonight's performance. You let Kris Humphries become a freakin Clipper Killer who looked like Karl Malone out there. This is disgusting. This is embarrassing. Absolutely pathetic.

Totally agree. Again I'm glad I didn't go to this game because I would have been flat out embarrassed and maybe would have cried a little.

Nets played a much more organized game than usual I think a lot of it had to do with the fact that Courtney Lee wasn't playing. I take it most of you haven't caught a lot of him but the guy is flat out terrible.

You know, now that you mention it, can we impose some sort of fine here? A team-wide fine? Conduct detrimental to the team, perhaps. Conduct detrimental to my pride and the pride of every long-suffering Clippers fan. I'm pretty sure that's an act punishable by a fine, at the very least.

I think there is no heart in this team since the Griffin announcement. They were closing on .500 by that time, since then, they are the old Clippers.

I actually like Lee, but haven't gotten a chance to see him play this year. If that's the case get rid of him.

Reading over this thread makes me glad I decided not to watch the game because I felt sad for the Nets being so pathetic.
No way would I want to spend 2 1/2 hours watching our team be even more pathetic. To be honest, that had never even occurred to me before the game. They've been looking reasonably promising lately, and I was feeling hope. I just took a win today for granted.
Surely one of these days Dunleavy is going to run out of slack. But at this point, if it hasn't happened already, I wonder whether maybe it never will.

Nahh we've been playing at .500 pretty much after we started 0-4. I didnt really have any hope to get to .500 as we needed to win more games than we lose. I fyou just look at our upcoming schedule, you'll see that its very unlikely to make the playoffs.

Its sad but I honestly think we are out of the play-off race. Again....

Offense hasn't been the same since the second half of the Chicago game. Really bad loss. Didn't hurt that Camby got hurt and EJ was rusty.

When I saw the score on Yahoo, and realized we lost to the Nets, I nearly vomited in my mouth. We beat them by 11 points just over a week ago, and now we lose to them by 16? This loss is inexcusable. Kris Humphries had a ****ing career high 25 points on us. We just let a guy who's in his 6th year have a freakin' career game on us. This performance was shameful.

Missed the entire game, but man that's just sad. Especially letting Kris Humphries torch ya like that. We always have issues with backup forwards.

The only win for the night is another reason why Dunleavy should be fired! The Nets have 3 wins all year and were missing their best player in Harris and Lee.

Maybe the Clippers were partying last night with "The Situation" at the Jersey Shore.

FIre Dunleavy. Trade Camby to the Cavs for Z and their first round pick so Lebron and Camby can win their rings. In the offseason, both players sign with the Clippers and win another championship!

There isn't any words for this loss. Not even pathetic can describe it.

Return to Los Angeles Clippers
