A Cannon Falls, Minn., man best known as the public address announcer for the Minnesota Timberwolves will vie for a state Senate seat this fall.
Rod Johnson announced Tuesday that he will seek the Republican endorsement for the seat being vacated by Sen. Steve Murphy, DFL-Red Wing.
