Clark Kellogg has GREAT knowledge of the game, he's got that old school mentality that will push the players to get down and dirty to do what's needed to win games, but he's still young enough to relate to this new generation of players. He's got great passion for the franchise as well. You can hear when he calls the games on FSI that he legitimately wants the team to succeed and isn't just sitting there calling a game. "HSH" did bring up a good point as far as trying to sign Kellogg though. Would he walk away from the money that he's seeing from doing the NCAA games, and does he WANT to be a coach? Personally, I'd love to see him patrolling the sidelines for our Pacers.
Another guy that I wouldn't be opposed to bringing in would be...

Monty Williams, former Spur and current Assistant coach in Portland. From what I read on ESPN Insider a while back, he's actually a dark-horse candidate for a few different head coaching positions around the league and there are more than a few teams keeping tabs on him. He did a great job with the Blazers this season while Nate McMillan was away from the team, and with all of their injuries that really says something.
The one thing I know for sure is that I don't want O'Brien as our Coach. Just thought I'd mention a couple of guys that we haven't discussed on here before, that could potentially be had for cheap and could turn out to be very good coaches if given the chance.
