No way Cole Aldrich or Montiejunas slip past Bird. If we're not lucky enough to get into the top 3... it's one of those two.

I don't see how either of those guys solve any problem that we have, and I really don't see Aldrich being a solid big man in the NBA. He reminds me of Nick Collison, and that's not a good thing. If we end up with a pick in the 7-10 range my guess is that we package the pick with Foster or Murphy in a trade.

Ugh, everytime I do that NBA Mock draft 9/10 times we get Cole Aldrich. I swear to God if Bird drafts that dude......something is up.

Why? Because he drafted Hansbrough and signed Sarunas a few years ago?

I don't think they would get Montiejunas at all. Aldrich i can see. The duo of Aldrich with Hibbert is interesting. There's a lot of prospects i am a lot more interested in then Aldrich. He's a very good rebounder and a good defender. We would create a ton of mismatches down low with those two.
