We need youth. If people think Ray Allen is done, imagine what they will think about Rip..come to think about RIP is a perfect nickname for him right about now..Maxiell and Prince would look nice here though..and we would get rid of Scalabrine..I would think about this...they probably wouldn't. If Ray Allen has to go, I'd push hard for Andre Iguodala.

I'd trade Ray for Rip and Prince, but Maxiell is overload. He's way too overpriced for what he is.

Only way I'd take on Rip's contract is with Stuckey or Detroit's 1st coming back. Prince and Maxiell would look nice here however.
