Ok Wolves Fans. I was thinking about how the Bulls might get Kevin Love from you Guys?

Alot of rumors around Big Al, But Im more interested in Love.

So here our the Players I would call off limit.

Rose
Noah
Gibson

Anyone else can be in the deal. Since Love's salary is still low it will most likely take some T-Wolves to complete the deal, I only want expiring deals, So Blount, Cardinal, Wilkins etc.

So what deal would work or Not ?

In that case, here's our players off limits:

Love
--------------------

It's too bad too, because we all really wanted a Love-Gibson swap

Lets see:

Loul Deng
John Salmons
Kirk Hinrich
Tyrus Thomas
Brad Miller
James Johnson

No Interest in any of them ?

What if I could work out a three way with Phoenix to bring you Amar'e Stoudemire ?

Say?

Sasha
Blount
Love
Wilkins

to Chitown

Deng
Thomas
Johnson

to Phoenix

Amar'e to Minne. ?

Counteroffer?

Can we find a deal for Noah?

What does it take with...Love, Flynn, Rubio, Jefferson, Brewer (and of course all picks) off the limit?

1) No. Deng is too overpayed to offer Love for him, We were interested in Johnson but he hasn't exactly shown anything yet so he won't net you Kevin Love the closest thing to being untouchable the Timberwolves have right now.
2) Yes. Not only that Amare will leave. He'll form the worst defensive frontcourt in nba history with Jefferson

Look the Topic is an Inquiry. Just wanted to see which players are held tight in Minnesota. And of course Joakim is in Chicago, I get the point. And I named three players Rose (of Course), Noah(Front court Player), And Gibson is a solid guy for down the road, Great contract and productive player for a bench. But I didn't realize Love had so much value... ?

Players held tightly by the Wolves: Jefferson, Love, Flynn, Rubio. None of those assets will be given away cheaply, if at all.

Yeah. A player who puts up 15 and 12 in 30 minutes daily doesn't have much value nowadays.

Love is a double-double machine. It is laughable you wouldn't trade Taj Gibson for him. You might not want to swap Noah straight up for Love because Centers are harder to find but I wouldn't swap them straight up either.

So instead of the 21 year old putting up 15 and 12 on a rookie contract for 3 more years we get a 28 year old with bad knees and eyes putting up 20 and 8 on a max deal for 3 months?

In this case it isn't that Love has so much value, it's that the only pieces on Chicago Minny's likely to be interested in dealing Love for would be Noah/Rose, and you took those off the table (which I completely understand).
"A while back,'' Cardinal said, "I took a picture of the standings and texted it to Love, just to bust his chops,'' Cardinal said. "He sent me a picture back of a snowdrift.''

hahahahaha, this guy is great. Yeah, I want Rose and you can pick from: Sasha, Jawia, WIlkins, Blount, Pech, Cardinal, and how about even Gomes.

My god. Deng is an overpaid underachiever, Tyrus is flashy with no consistency, Hinrich is also way overpaid and underperforms, Salmons is nothing special, Miller is old and washed up and never was as good as love is or will be....wow

Come on back when you are ready to be serious.

Great Post. 6 more and you'll match the T-Wolves wins this season. Like I said, It never heards to see what others think. Im sure Lakers fans didn't think Kwame Brown was going to net them Gasol, before that happen.

FEB. 19th

Just because you came in here with a crap offer, doesn't mean you gotta take a shot at our team. I'm going to the Feb 19th game, because I like the Bulls and Derrick Rose is one of my favorite players. The t-wolves actually have 10 wins, and it wasn't just Kwame, they also traded Marc Gasol who is a very nice player.

Wolves suck, Bulls suck. We, however, have a brighter future and don't want any of your awful players.

I don't know about that. The Bulls have as bright of a future as any. Deng, Noah, and Rose are all under 25 and they'll have plenty of cap space next year or in the coming years.

Amen to that. And I thought we could saved some more money by trading for Love. Oh well I guess will have to settle for Chris Bosh. :(

it was the Taj Gibson part that brought out the wrath. Itd be like us saying "how can we get Noah? Love, Jefferson, and Wayne Ellington are off limits"
