PF/C Alexis Ajinca
PG Acie Law (expiring)

Gives you guys another frontcourt option for your playoff push and he also expires after this season.

The idea behind the trade is nice, but I don't see us trading an expiring plus prospect for another expiring. There is still hope for Lexy here, albeit not much, but I'd say enough to turn down Kwame Brown.

Brown is not a significant improvement on Diop or Chandler. Throw Wilcox or Maxiell out there and we can talk...

I'll take option #3 and not do any of the deals.

At the very least Lexy has some upside and is still super young.

Maxiell gets less than the MLE, and its a flat-rate deal (no raises).

Wilcox is a great hustler, less offensive game, but taller than Maxiell.

Maxiell is also a great hustler, has more offensive skill, and might be a better one-on-one defender.

We would go for Law+Ajinca for Maxiell.

Maxiell does something Ajinca doesn't - manage to be good enough to play in the NBA.

Law is expendable because we already have plenty of guards that can't shoot.
