Hmmm, only a 1 point dog on the road? I think we get pay back for the loss in Philips Arena.

^ I hope we do. Kevin Durant is my worst nightmare. Hes gonna shoot 30 more free throws today.

I think it will come down to westbrook's free throws. If he is exploiting Bibby and Crawford and getting to the line then I don't think the Hawks can hang. Its just too many mismatches on the court. But if they don't really use Westbrook like that then I think the game is much more manageable. Horford and Smith really need to do some damage on the offensive glass- OKC is a lousy defensive rebounding team.

Josh needs to pay back Jeff Green, with interest.

A win streak on the road would be nice to see because the last time it happened was early November.

Four games in the next five days.

Thankfully Josh gets his 1000th block, so Bob and Nique can calm down and call the game.

2nd unit not holding the lead. My favorite moment of the game so far was Nique calling Ibaka, Chewbacca after he tipped in that shot. I don't believe it was intentional.

Marvin showing an offensive aggression not normally seen. Sadly the conversion rate is quite low on those drives though.

Does Mo Evans contribute at all to our team? He fouls so damn much and rarely makes shots. Kevin Durant is basically unguardable. It would be nice if Horf could finish.

Why the hell would u switch the pick and roll that puts Bibby on Durant? Durant is 12-12 from the line. this is easily the most frustrating team that weve play this season (for me atleast)

Yep, if Horford and Marvin finished around the basket tonight I think we be up by at least 8 right now. Tied at half though, so the game hasn't disappointed.

12 FTs at half. 30 is not out of the question for Durant.

Josh Smith of the Atlanta Hawks has become the youngest player to block 1,000 shots in the NBA.

Smith recorded his 1,000th block with 8:29 left in the first quarter Tuesday night when he swatted away a shot by Oklahoma City's Nenad Krstic.

Smith reached 1,000 blocks at the age of 24 years and 59 days, more than a year younger than the previous record holder. Benoit Benjamin held the mark previously, reaching the milestone at 25 years and 128 days old while he was with the Los Angeles Clippers.

Smith, who ranks second in the NBA in blocks per game this season, has made it to 1,000 faster than any other player reached 900 blocks.

Didn't know that last part. Wanted to post it because my earlier post wasn't congratulatory. At the time Bob and Nique were false identifying every defensive scrum in anticipation of #1000.

Edit: The reason I didn't know that last part about 900 is because it is not true. Dwight Howard is 3 days younger than Josh and he's got over 900 blocks in his career.

That was one pathetic stretch of rebounding and team defense. Get it together.

Rebounding is becoming more and more off an issue. Happy to be down 7 with the way they were shooting. JJ is cooking.
