maybe now that Shad has cast off the Kardashians, he'll be able to get back to basketball! I'm surprised when people say this year was worse than '98. When the Vikings lost 3 out of 4 late in the season I knew not to feel too good about the team, not to mention we already had '98 telling us to never feel too good about the team.

98 was worse, mostly because I watched it all the way through to Gary Anderson's stupid "gee how'd they happen" facial expression, but this year I had the sense to turn the channel right after Favre's interception

'98 hurt so much because I was sure we were going to the Super Bowl from about week 5 until the Gary Anderson miss. I never thought this team was going to the Super Bowl. I thought they had a chance, but I knew I had to prepare for the worst.
