Lots of players who play no defense can make it in the NBA... if they can play offense. But he can't do either, he has been among the worst players in the NBA since his rookie year, and is really the ultimate proof that coach voting is much better than fan (he made the all-rookie team).

Notice I said shooting guard or small forward, so please don't give me apples to oranges comparisons of three pointing shooting big men (e.g. our very own Cookie or Vlade).

Wow man! I remember him when he was a Zag, dude was fierce. Now.... Well now he's just garbage. I mean why kids like that can't just get in the gym and get some skill. He has the tallent he's got the heart, I mean I saw some of it in Gonzaga. This dude gets to practice with Kobe AND Artest every freakin' day! It should be the best bball fundamental school in the world for anyone. Hey look JJ Reddick was there too. Remember? He got off his butt and he started D-ing people up. Now he has that stroke going and he plays decent defense. Theres always a place on a NBA team if you can knock down a few midrange shots consistnetly and play respectable defense. Some NBA players have made a good living off of just those skills alone.

J.J.'s improvement is a bit more complex than that. He's alot stronger than he was when he first came to Orlando thanks to extensive weightlifting. He's run alot of track in order to improve his quickness. He's a excellent at moving the ball and he has a very good grasp of the game. He's shooting wonderfully this year and he's taking the ball inside. Don't forget, Redick spent the first two or three seasons in Orlando playing very poorly. It took alot of persistence and effort for J.J. to reach the point he is at now. J.J. also doesn't have a knee injury like the one Adam acquired.

me too should of keep vlad idc about the financial **** he deserved to be on the finals teams he was key off the bench for the lakers. kind of like how eddie jones got traded in l.a and miami just when they were about to win a title. Morrison should be released.

i always liked him. i thought phil should have given him just as many chances as he has give sasha? i ean what does sasha bring to the table exceot for bricks and ticky tack fouls 90 feet from the basket? phil should have done more to boost his confidence,the guy can still be a good shooter in this league imo,especially in our offense.
