A combo Hinrich/House is offensively better than Hinrich/Allen. Also Daniels skills duplicate T.Allen so he is expandable. And one thing about Tony, dont overvalue him, still to inconsistent, turnover prone, no outside jumper...ok he plays good defense, but...

Right, but so does Hinrich, so the chances would be that Allen rides the pine behind Hinrich anyway.

Cliff Levingston keeps reading how Hinrich has value around the league. He's a bit overpaid and his stats are crap, so teams must love the intangibles he brings. He is a very selfless guy, plays tough defense and gives 100% effort all the time. Not sure that's worth what he's paid, but Cliff Levingston hopes it is to someone else.

According to a report in Chicago, the Bulls are ready to go all-in this summer so they could end up taking a slew of small expiring deals for Hinrich. Cliff Levingston would like the rumored Ray Allen deal but just can't see the C's giving him up considering how important he is to a championship run.

Dude was using sarcasm in his first sentence. He was calling out somebody.

I'm not trading TA right now, he's just playing too well. This coming from a guy who before the season would have traded him for bag of basketballs.

I wouldn't trade any of other expirings for Hinrich. We should be looking into starter caliber players or solid cheap bench guys.

I do like Hinrich and think he would fit in very well with the Celtics. But I dont' think he's worth giving up the expiring contracts for. I'd rather see if they could take on the contract of Luke Ridnour for the rest of the season and give up Veal/Sheldon/House and second round picks.

On topic, agree with Sunshine about Ridnour. Don't think Bucks have any reason to deal him unless they get a 1st round draft pick. And, I'm not willing to pay that price for a rental and no assurance he'll re-sign.

The first sentence is not Sunshine's opinion. It is what he thinks another person was saying in their post. The second sentence is his response to it.

Chicago likes Hinrich and they want to send him to the eventual 2009-2010 NBA Champions. Thats why they send him to Boston.

If Chicago management's smart, they move Hinrich and Salmons for expiring contracts so they have a shot at both Johnson and Boozer. Unfortunately for Chicago there's not a big market for Hinrich besides a few contenders.

Haaa? Your probably didnt know but the Lakers are pushing for Ammo and Farmar for Hinrich. Ammo's an expiering and so is Farmar. I think Ammo is done this year since I hardly doubt anyone will sign him and Farmar would be a decent backup behind Rose. Thats why this might work for both teams.

Are you kidding me? Did you watch the game tonight? If there was a stat for wasting the shot clock and then giving a decent at best pass to someone else who is forced to take a hard shot Tony would be among the league leaders. I'll give him the D is good but the bone head decisions are just to much.
