5 actually

The Mavericks haven't lost to the Timberwolves since Jan. 4, 2006, and have not dropped a home meeting since March 15, 2005, winning seven in a row.

Minnesota, which most recently won three in a row Jan. 23-26, 2009, has not dropped 10 straight on the road since a 16-game skid from Nov. 28, 2007-Jan. 19, 2008.

No worries though, we got Hollins and Brewer. It's never good when we base our hopes on guys that are skinnier than me. Remember, it has been scientifically proven that the second you show optimism here, the Timberwolves mess up.

I imagine Hollins will be guarding Dirk a bunch. Should be interesting...

I think the best way to go about this is to expect a loss every game, that way you never get let down. Then if we win we can just be pleasantly surprised.

Feels like the start of a new season. These 5 days have been murder!

It may as well have just been the off-season.

I wish you could actually see the score of the game in my new avy...it makes it that much better.

Do you guys remember that time the Timberwolves blew a 29 point lead against the Mavericks?

That was pretty bad.

He's losing it day by day! He's probably forgetting German words every minute! Watch him not play for his country in the next Olympics. He already isn't doing anything in this years winter games!

haha. hey Kaman is making up for it though. then again, Dirk has stated several times he might retire from our NT because he doesn't want to put so much stress on his body now that he's not that young anymore.
