Trade for CDR

Oh my gosh, I have not been excited for the Wolves and the trade deadline, cuz I figure the big moves will be made by contenders and the Warriors haha. I'd love to get CDR, super hugh need+some production+very little risk=Me Like.

I don't see any reason to bring in CDR. He's a wing on a team that desperately needs wing scoring. How is he going to help our wing scoring? New Brewer>>>CDR.

If he got to play under Rambis I'd expect something like 14-15 ppg from him on this team. Not likely is he a long-term solution, but it might make us better this year and he could be a bench guy for us when we build our final product.

Rashad McCants averaged 15ppg his 2nd full season in the league and is now not in the league. Is he too better than Wayne? Cuz one isnt in the league right now.

Physically, yes. Mentally, no. Ellington will knock down open looks when he gets them and move the ball when he doesn't. He may chip in a couple bunnies along the way in transition, off of cuts, and if he has an open driving lane, along with giving effort on the defensive end. McCants took open looks when he had them, and if he didn't, stopped the ball and tried to get himself a better shot. He didn't know how to play defense without getting handsy. I prefer Ellington to McCants and CDR because he fits better as a role-player than McCants and spaces the floor better than CDR.

Wayne Ellington knows his limits, knows his role, and that's what he does. Mccants thought he was Kobe and now he doesn't have a job. In terms of value to this team(not necessarily skill level):
