As much as i expressed my dislike of harris...

Post#1 » by halfHAVOC » Sun Feb 7, 2010 3:51 am

last year and most of the season

has anyone else noticed an improvement in his decision making of deciding when to pass and when to shoot, mixing it up, and also making better passes?

its one of the few positives we have this season, but with the exception of a few bad shots @ the end of that boston game...coming back from his injury he seems to be playing smarter.

Yeah, I was talking about this earlier this season.
It's a shame most of his teammates can't make shots, or layups for that matter. :-?

imagine if this team can make and open shot, harris would actually get some high assists

i could see him getting some prime starbury type numbers or like he did a few yrs back

22 ppg 8 apg 3 boards 2 steals , sounds reasonable

if hes healthy + people hit shots

excellent comments...this is a fact...his numbers would be a lot different as would this teams record would be...on top of that, he finally looked to be getting his legs under him, we'll see how this sprained left shoulder affects his game going forward...

calling it a tough season for Devin is an understatement...

Devin's numbers in February: 20.8ppg, 3.6rpg, 9.2apg, 0.6spg and 0.6bpg on 44% FG, 32% 3PT and 84% FT

Admittedly, 5 games is a small sample size, but his points, assists and shooting percentages are all season highs. I also agree that the time off to recover has really made a difference in his level of play. He seems more intent on getting teammates involved, and is just embracing the leadership role more effectively IMO. I know it hasn't yielded wins yet, but we're a team that could really improve post-ASB.
