Yes, another trade idea. Bos/Sac/Min

Celtics

Out: Ray Allen, Glen Davis, 1st Rounder

In: Kevin Martin, Ryan Gomes, Andres Nocioni

Why? It shakes things up and makes the Celts younger and deeper.

Kings

Out: Kevin Martin, Kenny Thomas, Andres Nocioni

In: Ray Allen, Glen Davis, Ramon Sessions, 1st Rounder

Why? They get some salary relief. They land a young, talented guard to play along side Evans. Sessions has a lot of upside and has already showed flashes of brilliance in his young career. He had some monster games with the Bucks. They get a young big with some upside as well. And who knows? Maybe they can resign ray as a super-sub for next year.

T-Wolves

Out: Ryan Gomes, Ramon Sessions

In: Kenny Thomas

Why? They save some money right away with the expiring Thomas and they clear a spot in the backcourt for a potential Rubio arrival next season.

Sessions and Evans can't play together--both are absolute trash from deep. Teams would just pack in the lane and dare them to shoot it all day. I also think the Kings might balk at spending over $10mil a year on backup caliber PGs (Udrih + Sessions).

Doesn't Gomes have an non-guaranteed contract or something that makes the Wolves not want to move him?

I think a good deal for Boston and Sacramento would be to add in Philly to the equation.

Boston- In: Iggy, Thomas, Armstrong, Sac 1st
Out: Ray Allen, Davis

Philly- In: Ray Allen, Davis
Out: Iggy, Dalembert

Sacto- In: Dalembert
Out: Thomas, Armstrong, 1st rounder

If we are going to throw trade proposals around I am going to try one were the team with a lottery pick doesn't give it away for no good reason.

This is what I think has been discussed and probably shot down.

Boston trades Ray Allen and probably their first round pick
They get Kevin Martin and Andre Nocioni

Sacramento trades Kevin Martin and Andre Nocioni
They get Kirk Hinrich/Tyrus Thomas/and Boston's first round pick

Chicago trades Kirk Hinrich/Tyrus Thomas
They get Ray Allen

Boston gets the best player they give the first rounder. The Kings get a solid PG to pair with Evans and something that resembles a "young big man" in Thomas. My guess is that SAC isn't convinced by Ty Thomas.
