Suns withdrawal

Post#1 » by hunterxaz » Tue Feb 9, 2010 3:31 am

This next week and a half is going to be brutal... only 2 Suns games. Wed and then next Tue. :( At least it's All-Star weekend. I have a lot of other stuff to catch up on IRL so maybe this is a good thing. I spend 3 hours a night at least 3 or 4 nights a week watching the Suns... after I get home from work at 5, there's not much time to do anything else. :(
The Phoenix Suns - 54-28. Projected Record: 54-28 3rd Seed

The Phoenix Suns - 2010-2011 Projected Record: 30-52 3rd lottery pick.

What if you're out of food at home and you can't get the car out?

I may have to walk in to town tomorrow actually to get a better shovel for my car and a few more groceries. Thought I stocked up last Thursday, but I didn't realize we'd be holed up for 5+ days!

DC isn't really SUBurban. he should be able to walk to a grocery store pretty easily, or at least a corner store to get food. its not like living in DC is like living in the middle of nowhere.

supposed to get something like 12 inches of snow here (Connecticut) on Wednesday. NOT looking forward to it. was hoping I'd be moved to Austin by this time. taking a couple extra months though. :(

Ah if you mean the Accord, those pics are from back in high school when I used to be caught up in the buy and install parts thing. I sold that baby about 3 years ago though, at which point it was a 98 Accord with aftermarket parts, a sub etc but with serious transmission issues - so I sold it for $6,900 to someone who would likely need to replace the tranny for $1500.

The car in the snow pic is my current 02 Ford Escape

for a while, I thought "my car and my dog" where both in the same picture (hadn't seen the 2nd one). I assumed the dog was that little hill beside the front-right tire and was "oh...poor dog..."

Got happy when I saw the 2nd picture...phew!!!

As a canadian fan with basic cable i get to see them maybe once a week so this ain't really withdrawl for me. Wait till the offseason now thats a withdrawl.

for the record i thought the dog was gonna be covered in snow lol.

Welp, drought ends tonight but then picks up for almost an entire week until next Tuesday... which sucks because I have Friday and Monday off... All-Star is going on but that's not "real" basketball, it'll be nice to see the Suns dominating events again though.
