Back up post player?

Post#1 » by Hemingway » Tue Feb 9, 2010 6:24 pm

Does anyone else think that we would be a lot better if we had a post option in the second unit? Perhaps Sheed will take that role in the Playoffs but if we could get someone on the cheap it might be a wise move. Does anyone have a list of guys that might get cut around the deadline?

For the life of me I still can't figure it out, but I bet we could get Brandon Bass (who I have always loved) from orlando for next to nothing. He was suppose to be the starting power forward at the beginning of the year, and he hasn't played in one magic game that I have watched.

Wonder if Mike Sweetney has hit the exercise bike hard since training camp? Beyond that, obviously I say this tongue in cheek, Eddie Curry is very available......
