Okur & Korver to detroit

Post#1 » by Montanajazz » Sat Feb 13, 2010 9:21 pm

How about Okur & Korver to Detroit for Prince nad Oberto. This gives a little wiggle room next year to draft a big man and find a free agent big man to go along with Koufus. Prince locks up small forward so Kirlinko can play more Power forward with Milsap. Mathews, Brewer, Miles and Price can play shooting guard with Williams, Price, & Gaines at the point

Prince is Ak, how does this trade make any sense? Oberto is significantly worse than Okur and we have two player in AK and Prince that do the exact same things. It makes no sense whatsoever to make this deal. Frankly, this trade makes us worse and even smaller that we are now.

Oberto has been bought out by Detroit and cannot be part of a trade.

Yeah actually i'd be against this idea.. Korver/Okur are our best shooters on the team. We would have to rely on DW/CJ/Brewer for basically shooting (we would suck)

nah i'm for sending CJ or Brewer or both for what you can get, OR send boozer packing now.
