Re: COMMUNITY THREAD X
I've never been to a Lakers game but from what I know the tickets are pretty expensive so what ytou get from stubhub should be a decent enough estimate.
I also heard that some season ticket holders might sell their tickets before the games but I don't know how sure you can be about them not being fake.

Re: COMMUNITY THREAD X
Going to be a hot ticket when its a Celtic/Laker game. If it was any other game without Lebron or a Laker rival, I say take your chances.

No not yet, but if your in O.C just stop by and check it out. Brah I promise you one thing your getting a smoking deal for what I have into it. Just the trans alone cost her 3800.00 dollars 6 months ago. This car has been very well maintained and all the major items (Trans, Engine, Brakes etc) has been rebuilt or replaced. I just hate to see it go to someone else. Like I said I'll sell it for 3gs and on top of it I will help you out on other things as well. You wanted a good reliable car without any issues or problems. Well here it is. Oh and I just had it reregistered and smoged.

What are you working on.. you were in the IT business right?
Still IT. Instead of working for a company, I work independently on my own now with clients all over Los Angeles. Just this week, I've been spending time setting up the network cables, wireless, VOIP, and desktops for the music studio that recently expanded. Really cool people with manners that just don't mind rolling a blunt now and then. Today was kind of crazy though.
Then I had a call to set up a scanner on a Mac for another client. He's old and write books (even one with Brad Pitt) so it was a nice change of pace. Even had him autograph a book that he gave me tonight. ^_^
I'm kind of piss at a different client I helped last week. The property owner called and had a problem with one of the rentees (from Canada) unable to connect to the wireless that I set up. So I drove all the way to Venice Beach to fix the problem. Turns out the problem was not the wireless at all; they did not attach the antennae on the network card on the desktop and thats why the computer couldn't get the signal. I still had to charge them for the 2 hours that I was there no matter how stupid the problem was and for the fact it was their own stupidity. Canadian bastards better pay or else I'll have to bill my actual client for it.

GReat. Must be a nice change of scene from your old desk job. How do you manage to get the clients anyway? Do you Advertise on classifieds or do you work on contacts you gathered from previous job?

Craigslist is an excellent source.
I remember laughing at a friend of mine who was applying for jobs on craigslist a couple years ago, back then I didn't think it was useful for anything other than searching for cars and apartments.

Re: COMMUNITY THREAD X
Hey!
I didn't want to create a new thread just for that, but I'm looking for a Ron Artest home swingman jersey, and I can't find it... The Lakers store on the web doesn't have it or it's not my size (S), so I'd like to know if you have any other ideas of websites where I could find one...?
