MIN IN: Mayo Hunter
MIN OUT: Jefferson

GSW IN: Jefferson
GSW OUT: Ellis

MEM IN: Ellis
MEM OUT: Mayo Hunter

-Why for Minnesota: Mayo is still on his rookie contract. We balance out the roster. Make room for Pekovic. Draft BPA.
-Why for GSW: Jefferson is better per 36. Also Curry and Ellis are a bad combo
-Why for Memphis: Well, they did just offer Mayo+expirings for Ellis

GSW would mind Big Al but I doubt Minney would.
Griz did offer Mayo and filler for Monta, but I doubt they think Mayo can play with curry.

It sounded horrible for Memphis. I mean how the heck do they match a Rudy Gay offer? I wouldn't be surprised if GSW accepted or rejected, but I don't know what direction they're going. Are they rebuilding, trying to contend (next year), or in limbo.

So ya, I'm canceling my own trade. Foye sounds like a cheaper alternative that doesn't involve giving up Jefferson. Mayo is good, but overrated. He didn't really improve after his rookie year.

I would rather have Ellis. Mayo is terribly overhyped.

Ellis has more talent, but Mayo seems to already know "the Secret", which I doubt Ellis will ever realize

i really hate doing this because i don't like either of them but... how is Mayo overhyped but Monta isn't? Monta is by far the better scorer, but Mayo is a better playmaker and actually attempts to play defense. we'll not mention the offseason injury thing by Monta. Also, Mayo's stats haven't gone up, but the team is winning games, and its hard to get a shot in with Gasol/Rainbow Randolph/Gay all demanding the ball in high volumes
