Granted, Kerr and Sarver get a boost for not doing the Cleveland trade.

So are we now just at a point where its MIA or bust, or any other teams calling?

I know we talked to CHI/NJ and a few other teams before, why cant we revisit those talks??

From what I understand we had alot of teams interested in Amare. Then Kerr started pulling some BS where who-ever took Amare had to take Richardson. That eliminated everyone but CLE/MIA. But then for some reason, they decided they (CLE/MIA) wouldnt take on JRICH, so it was just for Amare+small filler. If its just Amare (again), we should get back on the phone with those original teams!

Or just trade Nash and have $$ to re-sign Amare.
Nash/Hill to ORL for Nelson/Anderson/JJ

Sorry, im tired/stoned/grumpy/disappointed/depressed.

True. But seems like all they've done is try to package him with Amare.

Because Amare was the most valuable asset they had. Trying to move him without Amare would be 100x more difficult without taking back a worse contract like Brand or something.

Yeah, you're right. After all the stupid deals we've seen, you'd think there would be one sucker to take him lol

From what we've heard:
- Speights is off limits
- Sixers GM is inclined to stand pat rather than pull off a trade

Id do this trade at this point, id prefer Bass over Anderson, but I think Redick and Nelson would shine here, and Nash and Hill are two of the most working class players in the league, I think they deserve a run at the championship

uuuuuuugh I really hope the suns can hammer out an extension for amare.

A sign and trade deal or letting him walk are by far the WORST things that could happen.

While Kerr/Sarver have certainly stalled on the Amare situation longer than anyone predicted, they are not in the same class as Cohan/Rowell (warriors owner and president). Ever since Cohan took control the team has been awful and with zero direction. Donald Sterling even looks not-so-bad next to Cohan, still not good, but not so bad. And this is approaching the 20 year mark soon of Cohan's blatant pursuit of profits at the expense of winning.

Granted, from the outside your situation is not great, but you're still in a boat hovering on the edge of **** creek, while the warriors front office has already settled in and set up dams like beavers and are bathing in feces.

If this was Amare's last game, I'm happy for him as a Sun. Had scary injuries, and he still managed to play to an elite level. He's done everything we could ask. If he goes out, he goes out as a professional. Never did he say, "I wanna be traded." Maybe in his mind he wanted to, because I bet all of us would have with all the rumors he's been hearing all throughout his career. Never did Kerr, or Sarver say they were committed to keep him. They always said, anything is possible or some 50-50 bs. Without him, we're nothing.
