Trade Shane?

Post#1 » by texasholdem » Thu Feb 18, 2010 3:45 pm

I think we should send Shane to an Eastern Conference contender for a big man to replace Landry

straight up to CLE for Anderson Varejao
F: Ariza, Budinger
F: Scola, Varejao, Thomas, Cook
C: Hayes, Andersen, Armstrong, Yao
G: Brooks, Lowry, Rodriguez
G: Martin, Taylor

with Taylor to ORL for Brandon Bass and JJ Redick
F: Ariza, Budinger
F: Scola, Bass, Thomas, Cook
C: Hayes, Andersen, Armstrong, Yao
G: Brooks, Lowry, Rodriguez
G: Martin, Redick

with 2nd rounders to ORL for Marcin Gortat and JJ Redick
F: Ariza, Budinger
F: Scola, Hayes, Thomas, Cook
C: Gortat, Andersen, Armstrong, Yao
G: Brooks, Lowry, Rodriguez
G: Martin, Redick
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

I would do 2 or 3 since Sideshow Bob would be an awful replacement.

Morey isn't done IMO, and I think Shane's on the block.

I see Battier's value at the hightest in the off season when he is an expiring contract that can contribute too. Not at this time when we new players coming into the team and need some stablizer like Battier.

I doubt all those 3 trade proposals to happen.

Agreed.

I think we are just going to roll with Kenny Thomas for the time being. Unless he's hurt? He was solid as a starter for RA. Of course that was years ago but ahhh who im Kidding?
