Sour grapes. You didn't see the game thus you missed out on enjoying a few hours of irrational exuberance. Also, there's no doubting that for now this squad is playing with more adrenaline and activity than the doldrums of the long hard slog we'd fallen to.

Yeah we'll come back to earth in a minute, but realistic views are for chumps and wet blankets. It's more fun to extrapolate the trend and imagine that shiny shiny trophy. Hey, first you win, then you get good. This team scrapped on defense. Nick Young dove for a loose ball and forced Billups into a key late game offensive foul. That's rare enough that it ought to be applauded.

I wonder what Nets fans must think in seeing the 2-0 'castoff' Wizards?

It must be kind of disconcerting after all they've been through.

Can we call this the 'Who Dat?" Wizards? Would that be OK?

In two games, these new Wizards equaled forty percent of the Nets win total for the season, and they washed their own uniforms to save the Pollins money. This is the new NBA.

I don't know if we're better but 100 times more fun to watch.

Watching Caron pump fake, jab step, dribble... **** just watching him play basketball was f'ing painful.

I totally disagree with putting Gil's name in that group. I think it was clearly AJ & Caron that held us back. AJ is an empty stat black hole with no D and Caron is average at best in this system yet he still plays and we still play him like he's a Superstar. Thats what killed us. I dont want them back at all but if you put Gil with these guys then I think its 10x better. I think next year its time to turn the team over to Gil & Gil only. Let him be the main head guy. No big 3 ****. Sign a big name frontcourt guy and keep most of these cats and I bet we win & Gil balls

Damn wiz fans, I love your current squad. Get Gilbert back, add a guy like Wall or Turner and a top free agent to this team, and you got yourself a dynasty.

Again, I don't even want to think about the gun toting shoe crapper right now.

He isn't going to be here this year and he should get in the way of the fun it is to watch these new guys. We will have all off season to talk about the blogging, predicting, shot jacking, toilet boy.

If we bring Gil back, we may need to trade Dray or at least make sure he locks his shoes in his locker.

Throw Bosh into the mix and we may just have ourselfs a pretty interesting team.

Arenas/??
Miller/Turner/Young
Howard/Thornton
Blatche/Singleton
Bosh/McGee

We can't resign Howard, Miller and Singleton while still retaining room for Bosh.

On the other hand, if this particular Blatche were to keep showing up, well who needs Bosh?

esp consider Bosh will command a near max deal while Blatche makes peanuts
for a big with his production.
