I know people but I hardly have kahn on speed dial or anything like that. I am not trying to be misleading. I am simply a fan that is interested like you guys are.

I get that, I don't think anybody here is on a Watters-esque quest to pull back the curtain and reveal you as a Wolves mouthpiece.

If your fly on the wall is correct, it's good to hear that they're embracing advanced statistics. I remember someone asking McHale about them back in the day, and his response was something along the lines of "The day they start keeping stats on when somebody steps out on a screen is the day I'll look at a statsheet". I hope they're still remembering to watch the games, though.

The other side of this coin is that just because you read it on the interwebz doesn't mean it was talked about or close to happening.

the third side to that coin is that even if it wasn't true at first, maybe you can make it true if you talk about it enough

Absolutely, which is why we should all take any rumors we see with a grain of salt instead of gospel (no pun intended).

My inside guy just informed me that a Sasha Pavlovic S&T with Lebron is in the works for the summer. Lebron was quoted as saying "I just want to help the Wolves out, and I understand that times are tough with this economy, so $5 million a year will suit me just fine."

Edit: A Knicks duffle bag has also been in discussion with the trade.

IMO that would be unfair. You can't give up a talented guy like Sasha Pavlovic in a S&T deal
