Thanks for creating this wonderful game thread.
However, you seen not to be very precise with the Tunder's lineup.
JGreen is by no means a SG, has never been, will never be.
Collison is not our starting PF, its JGreen.
Thabo Sefolosha is the starting SG.
Weaver is on the injury list since Nov. 30
Ibaka and Manyor are also main bench players, Mullens not really, but he's on the roster.

Anyway...Should be an interesting game. Wonder if the Thunder can turn up their defense a little bit this time against this offensive-minded Suns.
Im predicting a Thunder win.

Even with Nash I don't like our chances on the road against the hottest team in the NBA tonight.

Well, the Thunder must lose one game soon or later, but I hope it wont be tonight at home against Nash-less Suns.

Btw, nice signature, arizonaplaya85! Whit what program can you do something like that? Its truly awesome man!

I wish I could make a signature like that but unfortunately I don't have the tools for that. I had a good poster Kerrsed on the Suns board make it for me.

Thanks for the thread.

Amar'e killed us in the last game against these guys, and we got lucky with them bricking some open three pointers. Nash is out so things might be a little easier, but Dragic is pretty good himself. Different style, though.

I want to see better defense on Amar'e..

Amare goes 35/14 without nash
Grant hill breaks his hip guarding durant

suns take it, end 9 game streak for OKC

Westbrook flirts with yet another triple double tonight and KD goes for 35pts.

Poor defense in the first half.. a lot of meaningless switching leading to bad matchups or open looks. That three pointer by Richardson after the Durant dunk pissed me off. You have to get back on defense.

Westbrook's played well on offense like he's been doing but his defense, and our defense on the pick and roll, is very spotty.

Hopefully we have our normal third quarter coming out here.. we need it.

This is Thabo's worst game he's had since he came here. He's horrible on offense and his defense has been bad too.

These guys better get the defense on track because the offense isn't good enough to keep up with Phoenix.

so far 3rd has been terrible.

The thunder commentators are making me sick. they were talking about how "krystic's defense is so good that if his shot isn;t falling you can leave him out there for his defense? WHAT THE F### ARE THEY TALKING ABOUT??!!

hopefully we can lock down on d from here on out and start getting some better shots.

aside from a few back door dunks - they are doing a decent job of denying KD the ball.

It's a good thing our offense got back on track or this one would be way out of reach. 15 point lead down to a 4 point lead is manageable.

They have to get cracking on defense, our guards have been pitiful on the pick and roll and the Suns are getting wide open threes on our switching.

Wow.. great job Brooks going to the three guard lineup. It's been much more effective on both ends. Much quicker, closing out, switching etc. Brooks thinking outside the box here, great to see.

I only started watching in the 4th, this might be the best 8 1/2 minutes of basketball I've seen them play this year. Especially on the defensive end

Inexcusable loss. I'm really angry with Durant. The last two possessions he had he took a contested 22 footer (least efficient shot in the game) and then passed the ball out to a covered Jeff Green with 5 seconds left on the shot clock leading to a Westbrook three.

We were getting inside whenever we wanted against this team in the fourth quarter and we started settling for jump shots. I don't get it.

And Thabo. What a horrible job defensively he did all game, but especially on that last play by Richardson. Inexcusable.

Really disappointed in this loss. Up 10 points with 3:38 left and Durant goes 0-3. Aside from that Jeff Green play where we got bailed out by the refs, everything was from the perimeter. We got inside their swiss chese defense constantly.

Lastly, BAD decision by Brooks to go away from that successful three guard lineup. Collison came back in cold from the bench and could not keep up defensively. Then Thabo came back for the last play and we know what happened.

Our whole team basically showed their total inexperience, coaching included, and showed why even making the playoffs in the West can't be a fargone conclusion..

Return to Oklahoma City Thunder
