wow, you got away with saying something like that? That's not cool at all.

He said something about Kobe on twitter, he even said Kobe was great before he went on...I'm pretty sure he was just joking around.

Well the only thing I can say abou this is that we beat them in 4 one year and 6 in the next. The nuggets aren't even close to our class. In the West we have the Lakers then

Denver is the real deal and JR is one of helluva shooter. Yes, he is a punk, but that Denver team is no joke at all.

I agree 100%. If there's one team that scares the **** out of me, it's Denver. They match up very well with LA, and it's not as if we mopped the floor with them last year. Assuming playoff seeding works out, I'd bet on a 7 game WCF match up with home court being the separation.

And then the goal would be accomplished. J.R. is an idiot....but I definitely think this one might actually do more good then harm, if Kobe actually does hear about it and reacts that way you people are.

The way the Lakers can beat Denver is by going inside with Gasol and Bynum, that's where your major advantage is. If Kobe gets into a personal grudge match, and starts throwing up jumpers all night....he is playing right into Denver's hand. Sure, he may get hot and explode, but even then I'm not sure it would fatal for the Nuggets. But if he does that and doesn't have a great shooting night, that's even better.

Making it personal with Kobe is the best thing any team can do with the Lakers. Because pissed off Kobe will want to do like you say, and drop 50 on that person. Pissed off Kobe doesn't want to play the winning team basketball that won the Lakers the championship last year.

Kobe is past that stage of his career. He promised a 50 against S Jax but he just ran the offense and settled for a quietly efficient 27 I believe against Charlotte recently. I don't think he wouldn't take this any more seriously especially since this sounds more like a friendly banter than even trash talk.

Man save this pipe dream for the neighborhood meth and crack users........Kobe is past that stage, Bobcat fans thought the same thing was going to happen when Kobe faced Steven Jackson.

It doesn't matter what JR says because Denver is better than us.

Billups, Lawson is the issue.

The Nuggs are going to blow us out by 15 pts.

JR Smith saying foolish things like that doesn't bother me, he's not very bright, he's pretty carefree and harmless, but good players thinking they are the best of all time does, e.g. Paulina Pierce.

Dear JR Smith.

You've lost you're starting gig to Dahntay Jones and Arron Afflalo. You're basically a good instant offense guy.
Thats it.
