I'm playing Kohanz this week, maybe the loser of that is most vulnerable. We then have to face Coady and Blake respectively.

George has Skai and insfo in the next two weeks and should go 14-4....meaning things could be neck-and-neck come the final round.

83 threes this week, that's got to be a record, right?

If I don't make the playoffs, at least I'll have the moral victory of handing Stanford his first (only?) loss of the season. Just a massive effort on the part of my team spearheaded by Andray Blatche of all people, and thankfully Stanford was without Paul and Wade.

By the way, Stanford's win streak ends at 31 straight weeks (including last year's championship). His last loss was Week 9 of last season to my team as well. Congratulations must be issued for that win streak. That is one dominant team.

Speaking of Blatche, is he for real? Is this something he'll be able to keep up long term? It's only two weeks worth of work, but it's been impressive. I had him as an afterthought on a keeper league team (keep 5) and am now thinking he's worth keeping over Rashard Lewis. What do you guys think?

It'd seem like it should be, but we haven't been keeping track lately. It would be nice to know what all the records are.

FFDL Run Home

3. Setterlund 94-66-2
Run Home - east, writersblock, tkunit
Verdict - Looking good for the top-4 at the very worst, and perhaps even 3rd place. Should easily beat east and TK, and who knows about WB...the real deal or a fluke week?

YS 93-69-0
Run Home - Kohanz, Stanford, Skai
Verdict - Skai in the last round will help, though I have had trouble in the past against him. In the meantime, two really tough weeks ahead. In my past 16, I've only failed to win less than four categories once - amazing.

AlciG 90-66-6
Run Home - Stanford, Skai, insfo
Verdict - An in-form AlciG faces a very vulnerable Stanford this week staring at consecutive defeats for the first time in a long time. Skai and insfo in the final two rounds should ensure he/Carl fight over 3rd and 4th.

Kohanz 90-68-4
Run Home - YS, bww, theman
Verdict - Critical match-up against myself this week, as bww the week after will be tough no matter what. Even theman could be tough if his troops actually play. Let's go it week-by-week

hamncheese 82-76-4
Run Home - Skai, insfo, WB
Verdict - Let's go two weeks at a time. If George takes care of business over the next two weeks, he's staring at >20 games above .500. WB could well be toast by the final round and George riding a form side. He's a very real chance.

8. writersblock 82-77-3
Run Home - insfo, Setterlund, hamncheese
Verdict - The challenge is there, if Brian's team is the real deal, he'll knock over insfo and go toe-to-toe with Carl and George. Somehow I don't see it happening, his team looked destined for consolation repeat championsip after the Curry trade.

Odd, since my team has actually been playing better the last few weeks than when I had Curry. The real thing that has sent me to the consolation championship was losing my star PG Louis Williams for almost 2 months. He has just barely begun to regain his triple-double type stat padding. Truth be told, Curry wasn't playing that well when I traded him, and Vince Carter has made up for his loss.

I'd actually have more faith in my team if I hadn't traded Tim Duncan. It was purely a "future" move, and though Eric Gordon is nice, having Timmy would make my team balanced enough to really challenge for that 6th place.

Either way, 8.5 games to make up is too much...especially when a 5-4 win against Carl won't get me much in the standings. I'll take the consolation championship again and go up against George (again).

No, it would be justice.

Wouldn't it be too funny if B-double-dub steals first place from Standford in the last week of the season. Poetry in the making.

I think right now I'm more vulnerable then Stanford.

He's missing:
Chris Paul

I'm missing:
Chris Bosh
Gilbert Arenas
Ronnie Brewer
Nate Robinson (Until Sly adds him back to my roster)

The last 2 are minor, but it doesn't help me in the amount of games played this week.

Hey guys, I've sent some offers out. I'm looking to clear some roster space, and I've conceded that the playoffs aren't going to be happening for me. Here's some trade chips you may be interested in:

my 2010 1st rounder
Coady's 2010 1st rounder

Vince Carter
Barbosa
RIP
Odom
Rasual Butler
CJ Watson

If I sent you an offer...feel free to counter.

The pending trade between WB and me includes TheTeam receiving WB's 2010 first.

WB good luck in the playoffs. Thornton and Gooden should serve you well.

Al Thornton looks to be the red-headed stepchild.

I should have WB's 2010 pick and WB's 2012 pick.

I like Speights and his potential, but he's not doing anything right now, so I might be better off to stream his spot for my longshot into the playoffs. Anyone interested in him for a future first?
