You can watch the Leafs boardroom live on their website, I went onto it and it's seriously just a bunch of guys sitting around a boardroom, one or two guys on their laptops and I just saw a guy eating a donut.

It's better than Chia. He clears up this cap space, and just sits on his hands.

Burke/Nonis aren't there and there isn't any audio. I can't believe they'd even waste their effort streaming this.

Many people around the continent wonder why the Leafs waste their time as well, friend.

Another boring deal:

Via Gord Miller. Detroit sends Kris Newbury to the NYR for Jordan Owens.

Edit: 1 hour, 40 minutes to go, and it better be a good 100 minutes, because this has been beyond boring (although it was somewhat expected)

Mathieu Schneider to Phoenix, the biggest buyers of the deadline.

OMG CURTIS MCELHINNEY DEALT!

Edit: Wow, Toskala dealt in the deal. Surprised Anaheim got rid of him that easily.

Honestly, lol@Philly if they don't pick up a goalie. Seriously.

Sounds like the Caps are gonna make a splash.

Really disapointed that the Oilers haven't done more. We should be moving anyone for anything at this point. If the Canucks could get a pick and a prospect for Schneider then why can't we get something decent for Staios, we have no use for the guy just trade him.

Mark Seidel has been pushing that a Kaberle trade is going down very hard, but I'm really beginning to doubt it. I hope we find deals for Stempniak and Exelby though.
