Hi Pacer fans. I'm a big fan of Jack and would have loved to see him on our team (Clippers) instead of BD. I'm just wondering since Jack has been on a few teams, won the starting job every time and then was traded again (in your case he signed with Tor), how you feel about him?
For example, wouldnt you rather have him back instead of Ford/Watson starting? I'd think he'sd a good value player for his contract and doesnt make a lot of mistakes while playing the pg position very very steady.
I'm also asking this @ the Blazers forum, to get a clear vew of what fans of his former teams feel about him.
Cheers!

I have to think that there was a little pressure from Jack and his camp to let him go to TOR where he could play with his old mate Bosh and join a squad that (seemed to be) in the latter stages of rebuilding rather than the early stages.
He was supposed to be serviceable, but his growth in Indiana was fantastic to see. Too bad he's not still in the fold really as he's showing more growth and more potential this season.

Yes, we would've taken Jack in a second over Watson/Ford, but alas, nobody would take on Ford from us, and we simply couldn't afford both. After Jack left, Watson was the best PG available in our price range, and he turned out more than ok.

Yeah, I'd like to have Jack back. However, unless you have the talent base of a team like the Lakers, I'm not sure you're winning a title with him as your starting PG.
