if anything i would hand the reigns over to an assistant coach next season before i would higher another coach all together. kind of like an interim coach, assuming conner would accept that role. then bring in an experienced coach such as sam mitchell

Lester Conner impressed me. Why? He had an offensive plan that went like this: "take it inside". We won the game. Perimeter spacing is nice, but we've gone so far in that direction that we've lost the balance. It's about balance. But what if we were to have Luther head shoot instead? But seriously, I agree we have to have an inside game, but not to the extent of Rick Carlisle days when it went down to JO everytime. Like you said we need balance.
